I just went for a smear test at Priority House and had such a lovely experience. Diane was so kind and easy to talk to, she made me feel really comfortable from the start. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and she explained everything clearly. It honestly felt like the best service I could’ve asked for. The man at reception was also really welcoming and friendly, which made the whole visit even better. I’d definitely recommend them.

I was surprised to get a Saturday appointment quite quickly and Dr Mantle was very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. Excellent service!

My details passed to Travel Vacination service by my GP - waited all day for a call which eventually came late in the day. Offered an appointment next day which due to my partners busy work schedule I felt unable to accept. Then told that the only appointment would then be in a months time. Only 10 days before I travel. Website clearly states that 6-8 weeks should be allowed to mitigate for any repeat vaccinations needed. I did this but don’t see how a 10 day before travel appointment covers this circumstance. Gentleman said that the system is too busy thus the wait. But sounds like it is not fit for purpose. I had to reluctantly accept the appointment today and was promised a message to confirm. To date nothing received so will have to attend unsure if we will be seen. Tried to call but set up so you cannot actually speak to anyone. I guess just symptomatic of the NHS in 2025.

Brilliant experience- very efficient, running ahead of time and pleasant and clean waiting room

Not brilliant, clearly not prepared for someone in a wheelchair. Depressing place, is radio compulsory?
