Early August this year I visited H2K Botanicals. Hearing so much about Magnesium and its benefits I decided to give the OMG spray a try. I have arthritis, plus going through the menopause thats affecting my sleep. Also in November last year I sadly lost my Mum and since then the quality of sleep has got even worse. I do 3 sprays on my ankle which quickly absorbs before getting into bed. No wonder this product is called OMG because OMG this is a sleep miracle in a bottle. I'm falling and staying asleep so much better. Even if I wake in the night I drift back quickly. Its fabulous and works for me. I've since returned and Hazel (the owner) has advised me with her skincare products, suitable to my needs and the timescale in which to notice a difference. She really did take the time to explain the products, ingredients and how and why they work. I will review again about skincare in the future . I'm so glad I walked through the door. The shop is beautiful and care for the customer excellent. Photos are of the OMG spray and also the skincare products which are Secret Skin wet and dry, Eye and Facial cleanser. Secret Skin Day and Night cream. Secret Skin Day and Night Replenishing Oil. Soothing Eye Gel. Edited to add my review of the skincare products. Love, Love,Love these products. The Eye and Facial cleanser is so easy to apply and wash off. I use a few drops of the Day and Night cream in the morning and the oil at night. A little goes a very long way. When I visited the shop again before Christmas I was told I can add a drop of the oil to the cream when applying for an extra boost. This was brilliant advice as it really helped my skin on those bitterly cold days. The eye gel is light and sinks in very quickly. Once again a little goes a long way. Fabulous products and excellent value for money 😃

I suffer from fibromyalgia and haven't had a good night's sleep in years since using this product I have had the best night sleep in years I feel like I've got my life back inwakenup feeling refreshed and am only awake now to apply some more and go back to sleep I use the cream but also have the spray too I use the cream 3 times a day and at first I was sceptical but since using your products my family have noticed such a change in me I'm more awake throughout the day as I sleep so well and am not in pain i wish I had believed in your product earlier 🙂

Fabulous shop in Harrogate let the young lady know who I wanted for and she recommended a shower wash and put in a dressing bag ribbon and gave me a free spray loved the experience thank you

On holiday in Harrogate the place we stayed provided H2k toiletries and they were so good I wanted some to take home. The shop is beautiful with friendly and helpful staff, and I purchased their Mischief products which smell amazing, and a reed diffuser which is also lovely. Will be buying online until I revisit Harrogate to stock up.
