We don't have a Grape Tree in York so my nearest are here or Scarborough. This is a reasonable sized branch which is well stocked. I usually find everything I require. I do find the chap who works here to be unsmiling and a bit dour on each occasion that I've visited. This is why I prefer to go to the Scarborough shop as it has lovely, helpful, knowledgeable staff who are warm and welcoming.

I’m new to the area and happened across Grape Tree. What a fantastic range of products and at very good prices. Great customer service too. I will definitely use Grape Tree again for my multiple nut and seed habit.

Finally walked into Grape Tree today, guy at the counter was very helpful and genuinely such a pleasure to talk to, will definitely be coming more often
