Happy to have found a garage that has been quick, efficient, and honest in the area. Had my car in for an alternator and the work was carried out without issue and all was dealt with in a very relaxed and accommodating professional manor. I've had really bad experiences with local garages in Holmbridge and at Bottoms Mill on Woodhead road, so it's a breath of fresh air to be met with a respectful attitude and service. I will definitely choose this garage the next time I need anything doing. Top work guys, thank you 🙏

After speaking to this garage I thought I’d eventually found the place to get my old Astra GTE up and running, how wrong was I. After dry storing the car for 4 years to prevent any corrosion they kindly had my car sat in some compound outside in the bad weather for 6 months after telling me it would be in the garage in a corner and it would be worked on as and when. After a month i called for an update only to be told they had lost my keys which i was told using their contacts they would replace the locks and keys. The car was with them another 5 months so i again called for an update as i had heard absolutely nothing. I was then informed they had lost my contact number and nothing had been done regarding the lock and keys. At first I was told from the receptionist guy who it’s clear now has no knowledge of cars, it would be a pleasure to work on my car to be then told they can’t fix it🤷🏻‍♂️ he also has zero customer service skills. I would not recommend this garage to anybody as they are so unprofessional and do not appear to the experience they make out. An absolute waste of time and shocking service received by me. I only gave a 1 star so I could leave a review to let other genuine customers know what kind of service they offer! I found a brand new oem lock set on eBay easily and cheap. I then found a guy who had the car up and running in 2 hours. Avoid this place is my advice!

Had issues with poor idle on start up and bad suspension noise! Diagnosed as glow plug and one link from the multi-link set-up on either side. Only charged 3 hours plus parts including diagnostic time. It's like driving a different car! Friendly, competitive pricing BUT most importantly HONEST!

I would like to thank all the staff at Autonys Garage Ltd, I was having a ride out today and unexpectedly started to have a bad nosebleed. I parked up and walked into the garage and Rebecca immediately realised what was happening. Got me tissues and some water also a chair to sit down. After 20 -25 mins i was allowed to use washroom to clean myself up. They even give me cleaning fluid to clean the blood of my petrol tank. Once again thank you so much, its was appreciated. I always get anxious when my car needs to go to garage however going here has given me some relief as I will always have a decent garage to take my car to. Very friendly. Genuine/ down to earth. Tells you the problems and the solutions in a informative but simplifed manner. Really reasonably prices. Will be my main garage in future. Would recommend.
