I can't thank the team at Gallagher Ford enough for getting our Ford Transit back on the road just in time for our family holiday. Our van's engine was in serious trouble just a week before we were due to leave, and we were worried our plans would be ruined. From the very first phone call, they were professional and reassuring. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a clear, transparent quote for the engine repair. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and worked incredibly efficiently to make sure the van was ready for our trip. The work was done to an exceptional standard. Since getting it back, the Transit has been running perfectly. The service was fantastic, and the peace of mind they gave us is priceless. My van broke down out of the blue, dash board lit up like a Christmas tree. I rang these up as seen they're a transit specialist, after 24 hours they rang me up with the issue and sorted it, whilst the van was there I got a new rear leaf spring and a mot, had the van back in no time. Booked my C-max in for a timing belt change, service and general health check as it was a recent purchase and I wanted to know if the car was safe and reliable to transport my young family from A to B. I was recommended Gallaghers by a friend who had recently had his Focus fixed there following a failed timing belt (not linked to Gallaghers in any way). From the first enquiry over the phone, Luke was friendly and professional and clearly knew Fords inside and out. The car was given a good look over and issues that needed attention were put straight. Luke and his team were very helpful and put my mind at rest. All the work was carried out efficiently which meant a lot as we only have one car to rely on getting the children about. I will definitely be returning to have routine servicing and repairs carried out. I don't leave many reviews but I feel that good service should be recognised and the team at Gallaghers deserve some praise.

Absolutely chuffed to bits! I'd been fobbed off by a few places regarding problems on my van. These guys sorted me out no problem and a a very reasonable price! 100% would recommend to anyone. Definitely will be only going to them in the future!

We recently used this garage to replace the engine on our Puma. Luke is a very helpful guy and went way beyond the extra mile to source a new one and get it fitted, working and back to us. I can highly recommend this garage.
