I have called this company three times now to enquire about the dimensions of the Reimo folding sink, and after many tries finally got through to some on who i think was the boss. He was very concerned and helpful said he would email me photos and dimensions i needed. After a week nothing i called again got the same person he apologised profusely. Said he would do it right now. Nothing arrived i was losing my patience, called again after 3-4 days got the same person. Again said he forgot and would do it, again it never came through, i have given up and just been looking through the reviews and came across the one where the customer went to-the unit and no answer. I was planning to call in on them measure the unit and if ok pay and take it away. I don’t want to order it pay and then find it dos not fit my requirements, so i am now looking else where as don’t have the confidence in the company to sort my problem out, its a shame as they come over as anything is not a problem. 😔
The whole process ordering the part and the delivery was smooth and seamless. I followed up with a call to check on delivery, and again accurate information was given and adhered to. Great service. 👍
Very helpful and quick response to a query prior to ordering. Much cheaper than other suppliers. Speedy delivery, well packaged and looks perfect. Not installed yet but am sure it will be fine.
Very pleasant and efficient people to deal with. My high value purchase was delivered personally and I was invited to check that all was in order before I signed for it. Being used to the current way of parcel deliveries where you can be delivered an empty package and then have to fight to get it refunded it made a very pleasant change. Top marks.
Fantastic service. Our habitation door-catch pin snapped off a few days before setting off on a trip. I couldn't get through on the phone so sent an on-line chat message giving my phone number and replacement mechanism part number. Len called me back literally 10 minutes later and said it's in his hand where do I need it sent. Ordered on-line and arrived the next day. Could not have been any more helpful.
