I’ve never left a negative review for a hairdresser before but my experience with Sara has left me incredibly upset and disappointed. The haircut I received was absolutely nothing like what I asked for & despite showing photographs the result is the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I reached out to express how unhappy I was and sent an email with multiple photos clearly showing my hair before, what I asked for, and what I ended up with. Instead of taking accountability, Sara said that she would struggle to fit me in and offered me an appointment a week later — not to fix it, but to help me “manage it.” When I explained that I did not want to come back into the salon, I was told that if I was not willing to come back in there was nothing she could do. The managers reply to my email was appreciated and Sara did eventually apologise, but even that felt hollow — she ended it by saying there was nothing she could have done differently. That lack of accountability was just as upsetting as the haircut itself. The manager did offer me a refund and another appointment to try and correct it, but after this experience, I couldn’t trust them with my hair again. I may have received my money back, but I’m still left with a haircut that has had a real impact on my confidence — at work, at home, and with a holiday coming up next week. This haircut doesn’t suit me or my lifestyle and requires far more daily effort to manage than anything I agreed to. Now I’m left scrambling to find another hairdresser on short notice, just hoping someone can salvage it. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but when I emailed the Manager saying that I didn't want to come in however I'd like some advice on what can be done - I received no reply. The emotional and practical toll this has taken on me deserves to be acknowledged. A refund doesn’t undo the stress, time, or confidence lost. I have been coming to Sara for many years now & couldn't imaging going to anyone else shes an absolute wizard when it comes to hair!! She's so lovely & easy to get along with! She's so compassionate about her work & always makes sure your happy with the outcome which is always 11 out of 10!! I've also made a good friend along the way ☺️❤️

Sara Louise has been my hairdresser for many years. I thoroughly enjoy my visits. She is so personable and approachable. I’ve been a client of Sara Louise for over 6 years and cannot fault the service and results I have experienced. From the very beginning Sara has always listened so carefully to my wishes and these have developed over time, as we have . The personal service is second to none and the salon atmosphere is so lovely. My hair has never looked better, I get compliments from so many people and have been able to recommend Sara with no hesitation. When you find your person, stay with them !!!!

Just had a wash and blow dry by Fallon and am delighted. A kind and professional stylist who did a great job of my unruly hair. Walked back to my car swishing my locks! Thanks very much
