After our boiler went down and our heating and water suddenly ceased, we rung Andy who came out promptly with his assistant Jacob and fixed the problem that day! Grateful for a 5 star service! Highly recommended to anyone in the area!

Please get a quote before you have work done! He was subcontractor to me so I asked for other jobs doing. During said jobs I had a leak from 2 radiators that he put on, I contacted him he said he would come straight away. He did not, it took him 4 days to return and me to contact him 3 times (which I have proof of text & calls) a soaking carpet & lots of wet towels. When I queried the bill I found him rude, which he said it was me that was rude, I so wish I’d recorded the call. I simply wanted answers to my questions. He also charged both me and the other contractor for the same job that was later amended and I have paid. This work was done during August 2023. Another spanner in the works today 17.10. 23 was I had another plumber to service my boiler to my horror a pipe has been bent, a cap incorrectly replaced and a very slight leak that’s starting to cause rust. Andrew and his assistant are the only ones that’s had access to the boiler since it was last serviced. I’ve not confronted him with this as he will only deny it. Due to his attitude I’d rather not have further involvement. Please just be aware!!
