What a relief to have the Banking HUB in Hornsea with the different banks. Great not to have steps and great accessibility, and to talk to staff as well as services.
Anyone know if they have cash deposit machines like in a Halifax (or other) branch as going to hull is a real pain but nice place and polite staff
Visited this hub for the first time today, staff go above and beyond to help you, left my dogs outside, lady informed me they are allowed in, they even got a treat. Customer service at its best.
Definitely a massive help today. My hubby has lost his phone on way back from hospital. The lady was great even though she wasn’t our bank. Sorted us out so our money was safe. Great staff dog biscuits available 👍
A great addition to Hornsea with the loss of high street banks. The service is friendly and helpful and as well as cash access there are visiting representatives and customer liaison assistance every day if you need help with services. Especially useful.for those who need more than online banking and a personal touch.
