Had a KFC from here tonight and it was possibly the worst KFC I've ever had. My corn on the cob side was missing, so they kindly replaced this with mash, gravy AND beans which I thought was great - but all 3 looked and tasted like they had been sat there all day so they all went in the bin. I ordered a piece of chicken which was replaced by 2 'tough as old boots' chicken fillets . The bottom of my chip bag was full of weird clumpy seasoning - see photo. The bread on my burger was stale. I also got some BBQ chicken bites and the sauce tastes off!! Not happy at all KFC!
Terrible!!! Must have been a go slow evening as waited ages for our food. The chicken was “meh” and the gravy was absolutely awful; thick and congealed. Don’t think I’ll be back
What terrible service company must have gone down hill since worked for them. Ordered online food came in good time that’s about all that was good. Missing 2 fries a gravy and 2 proper fillets tried burgers as what came 2 mini fillets in its place burnt and half the size. You try calling the place and number just rings until it makes the old style dial up internet noise so explain how your meant to contact the restaurant to complain orders are incorrect?????
Absolutely awful experience. Staff were slamming and throwing food while packing, the whole place felt tense and unpleasant. I ordered Family set and mini fillet, the mini fillet looked like someone had already eaten part of it. Disgusting. The gravy was honestly terrible, and I had to wait far too long for food that shouldn’t even be served in this condition. The restaurant floor was sticky, the toilet was filthy, with no tissue and no soap. The service attitude was shocking, no smile, no apology, nothing. I was treated like I was the problem just for asking for a proper piece of food. This is easily one of the worst KFC visits I’ve ever had. Absolutely unacceptable.
Second worst KFC I've ever been to! Well done on not being first, but the building was freezing cold and we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our food. Then when I got home, the food was freezing and tasted off. Like it had been stood in the cold for a few hours. Had to throw most away.
