I went to see Caroline 3 days ago. My back felt still and sore. Caroline was very attentive, took the time to really listen, and explained everything clearly. The treatment felt almost magical in how much relief I noticed afterward, and I was also given really helpful exercises to do at home. I feel so much better already and look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Caroline’s advice and treatment at Align clinic.
If you have any kind of musculoskeletal problems, I would definitely recommend a visit to see Caroline at Align Healthcare. She listens carefully to you, assesses your symptoms and puts a plan of care into place. I have always found Caroline to be very easy to talk to and she always gives excellent advice.
Caroline is a fantastic Osteopath. She is gentle, caring and professional. She listens attentively to your needs and tailors her treatments perfectly to suite. I have attended Caroline today for a pre birth, overall body check to make sure everything is in alignment. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking to feel at they optimum pre birth. Caroline is an excellent osteopath. She is incredibly professional, warm and friendly. I felt so much relief from my first treatment session. Caroline was extremely thorough during my treatment. I felt very well cared for. My symptoms have already improved and I recieved excellent after care advice. I would highly recommend Caroline.
I took my 4 week old to see Caroline after a complicated birth and some feeding difficulties and she noticed some tension and muscle weakness immediately and was able to give some treatment at the appointment and a plan for us going forward. After seeing her I was able to breast feed pain free. She is so knowledgeable but also kind and explains everything she is doing so you know what is happening to your little one.
