Alex provided excellent support to my Mum whilst she was convalescing in Leeds following a total hip replacement. Alex has a wonderful warm and friendly personality and whilst professional is also kind and understanding. With her encouragement Mum progressed steadily with strengthening exercises and Alex’s reassurance that her recovery was a marathon and not a sprint. Mum has returned home and feels confident to progress on her own however Alex has helped us locate a Physiotherapist in Mums local area just in case she needs further support. Alex is first rate and I thoroughly recommend her services.

We were lucky to find Alex. She made a big difference to my 87 year old mum’s recovery and confidence after a broken hip. The way Alex tailored mum’s sessions and incorporated mum’s and our requests was wonderful. At the start she spent time finding out what mum’s goals were and what she could do prior to her fall. Alex was very flexible regarding content of sessions and gently pushed mum to achieve a bit more each time. Alex gave great feedback to mum. This and her answers to mum’s questions were always direct and constructive. Alex’s confidence that mum would be able to get back to her pre-fall level of activity gave mum confidence too. As a result mum can now walk for about a mile and is living independently. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

Alex helped my mum recover from both knee operations. Alex gives the best to her patients and families and her communication and reassurance has been a big help to us. Alex is very kind, caring, reliable and professional and always works to a very high standard and goes above and beyond to ensure patients (and families) are given the best care. My mum has loved working with Alex and I think having such a supportive, encouraging physiotherapist has tremendously helped in her recovery. I would highly recommend Alex as a physiotherapist.

I can touch my toes for the first time ever! I have been participating in Alex's Zoom pilates classes for almost 6 months now, and loving it. Her classes are just the right level of challenge and she is skilled at increasing the difficulty as the class members progress. I started with a 'post-partum body' and I've seen a massive improvement in my strength, body shape, muscle tone, and flexibility. Highly recommended.

Alex is a great Physio, She has helped me to overcome my knee operation and got me back to where i should be. Nothing was a trouble for her and her professionalism is second to none. I would use her again and highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Alex
