AVOID ! Terrible skills, Melissa is so rude and the bathroom/toilet is overrun with mould. I unfortunately had a terrible experience here, where I was left in tears and felt bullied, undermined and blamed for their incompetence. I went in asking for a T-section or face frame refresh (very simple). I explained I had been growing out my hair and was happy with the health of it and brought lots of reference photos. The stylist went on to do a terrible half head of highlights which were stripy and made me look like a skunk, and using no toner and bleaching all the pigment out of my healthy hair. When I was visibly upset and explained what had gone wrong and began explaining how it should be fixed, the owner Melissa started being very rude, dismissive of my opinion and told me to trust the stylist to fix it. After she “fixed” my hair with lowlights it was still terrible and I explained this. Melissa continued to be rude to me, saying things like “I wish she never took your booking “ “you should’ve just gone to the last place you went if they were so good”. I went on to explain that the last 3 places I went were abroad because I had been moving around a lot. But the fact that I can go to salons in Greece and Colombia (where I last got my hair done) and speak in the my 2nd and 3rd languages and use the same reference photos and get my desired look shows the lack of knowledge and skill in this establishment. My hair was severely damaged and when I went back to London a local hairdresser absolutely saved me and she was SHOCKED at what they had done to my hair, and told me the lowlights they put in were even darker than my natural colour. The bleach which they left on cinched my hair (so the from pieces are now short and baby hairs are damaged) and it totally took all the pigment out of my hair, which now will require intense toning upkeep as the white hair will continue to come through after a few washes. There is absolutely no skill here and Melissa was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. To make everything worse the bathroom is filled with mould, absolutely shocking and disgusting. I’ve added photos to show how terrible the job was.

Amazing as always, we have been regular customers for 20 years, Melissa & her friendly team always make us welcome, listen to our requests & we always leave feeling like a million dollars! I would highly recommend these ladies to anyone

I have been going to this establishment for some years Jodie , Melissa and Sue are the most welcoming staff you could ever find especially in the hairdressing industry, due to my stubborn coarse grey roots these ladies deserve a medal for putting up with me, they all listen and give advice on best products, hair cuts, most of all nothing is to much trouble, keep up the great standards ladies ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So happy. Went in with damaged copper hair, Jodie did a full head of highlights and a gorgeous cut. She managed to save my hair taking minimal amounts of the length and the results are fab! My hair is lovely and blonde, blended with a slight bit of copper. Also - the salon is super friendly, will book later next time for wine Friday! Highly recommend!
