Just a flying visit as was working at Howsham Hall, what I saw looked liked a lovely walk.
Many childhood memories in this area still feels home always will
Beautiful place for a walk... short trip to howsham Mill by foot where there are picnic tables etc so you can have a nice lunch by the river
We actually went to Howsham Mill but had a lovely time doing forest school in the grounds of the mill and then picnicking and playing afterwards. A really peaceful place and good for the soul.
My kids love it here. Lovely for paddling etc. Often cycle here too. Beautiful countryside.
