If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to watch the housemaid tonight, the seats were extremely uncomfortable and the service from staff was appalling. We pre ordered our snacks and asked for them to start getting them ready 5 minutes before we walked in to the cinema. When we got to the counter to wait for our snacks we could see our order number on the screen where it said preparing, however it completely disappeared off the screen shortly after and there was no sign of it whereas other people came and collected there snacks who came after us. We addressed this to the staff and they were rude about it saying the food had been made but we failed to show up so they threw it away, when we had been waiting for over 15 mins after our movie had started.
I didn't give it 5 stars because it could be improved for 3D, 3D Xmax, or 4Dx rooms. There would be space, and for those who live around Huddersfield, it would be amazing instead of going miles to see a 4Dx or 3Dx, etc., far away.
I love the £5 tickets! Yes not the best/most comfy seats but hey I’d go there often for this price! It’s clean and nicely lit where one queues for snacks and there is free parking!
Teatime parking difficult. Film stopped for 15mins two thirds of way thru . Other than that it was fine
Always great coming to the Cinema. So easy to book tickets and food online. Then just turn up, sit back and enjoy.
