I visited Huddersfield post office today and was served by a friendly lady called Bushra. Bushra was very helpful and explained the process of my query from start to finish. Although the post office was very busy Bushra made time for each customer she served. Bushra is an exceptional employee.
I visited the Post Office today and was helped by Bushra, who was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. She was friendly, professional, and very patient. I really appreciate her support and would highly recommend this branch thanks to her excellent customer service.
This has been one of the worst postal experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for International Tracked & Signed to send important documents, yet Royal Mail handled them with complete carelessness. My parcel was marked “Return to Sender”, but no one bothered to inform me where it was or when I would get it back. Tracking updates were slow and unclear, and customer service was useless, vague, and unhelpful. For weeks, I had no idea whether my documents were lost forever. Even after the item reached the delivery office, there was no notification, no call, no transparency. I had to chase everything myself. This is unacceptable for a service that claims to be “tracked” and “secure.” Royal Mail shows zero accountability, poor communication, and no respect for customers’ time or stress. I would strongly advise never sending important documents through Royal Mail.
Bushra is always kind and helpful at the post office. She treats people with respect and patience, even when it’s busy. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about the people she serves. It makes going to the post office a lot easier and nicer when she is there,
Why sit on the business counter and then turn a business customer away and telling them to join the non business customer queue because you are the only one serving. Its not rocket science. Move yourself from the business counter if you are not able to serve business customers or offer a 'business' service. Crap customer service, will be using Marsh, less confusion.
