Went into the this post office for the first time. Good service and would happily go again. Not particularly friendly, more transactional, which would have notched this up to five stars if they were more welcoming and friendly.
Just had the worst post office experience ever! The owner was downright rude, his manner was aggressive and very patronising. Honestly, he shouldn't be behind the counter! Basically went to collect a parcel from them that I have had two emails telling me that it had been delivered. His sister couldn't find it so he had a 'look'. He told me they didn't have it and that Evri hadn't delivered it. He blamed them having different drivers, not coming for a couple of days (it's Monday today - obviously they've been closed for a couple of days!), etc etc. When I showed him my emails with tracking he got quite aggressive and put his hand up and basically told me to shush while he spoke. I politely told him I appreciated what he was saying but I can only go on what I've been emailed. He told me I could appreciate all I liked but he hasn't got it and basically go away and sort it with Evri. I've never used them for parcel delivery before, only for buying postage and sending parcels. The only person in there that I've found friendly and helpful is Annette. The other staff could certainly do with brushing up on their customer skills. Unfortunately with today's experience I (and my business) will never use them again! If I could give zero stars I would!!
Annette at Marsh Post Office, made the previously laborious process of applying for a replacement passport and absolute delight. Actually enjoyed the process, done and dusted in 10 minutes including a passport office friendly photograph
Staff are helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Always a smile and acknowledgement. Great customer service and community post office.
Absolutely shocking service in this post office the staff is very rude and seem like they can't be bothered to help you. Went in for some advice and help was told sorry we can't help you. Whilst i was there customers were inside and they seem to be fed up with explaining themselves over and over again. Went to lindley post office and issue was solved within 5 mins. If I was you guys stay away from this post office they dont want to be at service for you and will waste your time. Don't even deserve 1 star
