My daughter come home crying after being charged £45 for shocking nail, cuts, her fingers weeping and Red raw. 3 days later and they are being to look infected. Going to have to take legal action.
I had my nails done today for the first time there with my daughter and two grandchildren the service was brilliant and so friendly very happy with all our nails Thankyou and the price was very competitive
Terrible service. I had BIAB nails with tips that fell off and peeled within days. I spent £38 and less than a week after getting them done I went into the shop to explain. They rudely accused me of taking them off myself and refused to do anything. After spending £38, why would I remove themself less than a week after getting them done?! It makes no sense. I even had my loyalty card to demonstrate I am a loyal customer but they didn’t care at all. I will never go there again! Avoid if you want long lasting good quality nails!
The most amazing staff , very friendly and good at what they do ! I have been going here since it opened and I am consistently happy with my nails 💅🏽😄
