Just had a design appointment and the bloke couldn’t have seen less enthused if he tried, didn’t even look interested to talk to us nevermind discuss options and completely put us off wanting to use Magnet basically told us to look elsewhere. Also spend time doing the questionnaire and he clearly only looked at it the first time when joining the meeting. Not professional at all and maybe needs to work on his sales skills. Avoid.
We got a kitchen from these about a year ago! Excellent customer service, really easy to deal with! Really honest and upfront. Also had a deal on at the time where they gave us a £900 cooker for a £1. Overall experience with these from start to finish was very positive.
Really happy with my new kitchen and glad we chose Magnet. Our designer Steve took great care putting a kitchen together that we were really pleased with and Mark the fitter took great care fitting the kitchen. Very professional and high quality.
We went to magnet for a quote on a new kitchen . Found exactly what we wanted so had a word with a member of the staff Mr Steve Harrison who came out to measure up and design . Which was brilliant quality price and fitting . start to finish terrific . The fitters Andrew Thorp and co were just brilliant nothing too much trouble . And believe me our kitchen is easy but they did it can't praise them enough . Design wonderful recommend .
Have been to magnet & had a kitchen plan done & a quotation. Still deciding on a final layout etc but impressed so far. Nothing had been too much trouble. Thanks Steve the designer
