We recently used Union Plumbing for a bathroom refitting and we are delighted with the work they did. Lou and Oliver in the office always responded to emails promptly with any questions we had in the quotation process. Darren and Connor arrived on time every morning and cleaned up every evening. The quality of work and attention to detail was superb and they were always polite and courteous. He kept me updated about the work he planned to do and progress, and serviced and fixed our malfunctioning unit. He was very tidy and was impressed with the work he did and approach. I recently bought a house and used these guys for a number of jobs - inc. comprehensive boiler service, partial bathroom refit, utilities room install, and fitting of a couple of new radiators. They worked with me to fit these jobs into my budget - their pricing was fair and transparent. This work involved several different plumbers - all were professional, friendly, clean, tidy, and their work was of a high quality using good quality parts. We needed a new shower fitting, Lou in the office was great providing all the info we needed and arranging the appointment as soon as possible. Matt attended and was extremely professional and informative. He installed the shower, tidied up in no time at all. It was all done with the minimum fuss. Thank you for the way you looked after us when our heating failed on Boxing Day. I contacted Union Plumbing and Heating hoping they would be able to help me, and I couldn't have been looked after any better. I spoke to Lou who sent me a quote for a replacement boiler which I accepted and then every thing just went exactly as she said it would. It was arranged for the gas fitters to come on Friday 2nd and on Friday morning I was contacted to say they were on their way. The Gas fitters Ben and Connor were absolutely brilliant, they were very informative and just got on with the job, they were very professional and didn't stop until they had fitted the boiler.
