I recently got a BMW 330e from Moss Prestige, and the entire experience was faultless from start to finish. Having dealt with many dealerships in the past, I was prepared for the usual 'car salesman' antics, but Moss Prestige is a completely different breed. The team was incredibly helpful, engaging, and—most importantly—genuinely down-to-earth. There was zero pressure; instead, they focused on making sure the car was right for me and answering all my questions with total transparency. The 330e was presented in immaculate condition, and the handover was smooth and professional. If you want a high-quality vehicle without the typical sales fluff, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. A refreshing, honest, and top-tier service focused on reputation and service!
I purchased a car from this dealership on Monday 5th January 2026 and was told it would go for MOT on Friday 9th, be valeted over the weekend and be ready for collection on Monday 12th. By Friday 9th the MOT had not been done. After chasing it I was told the salesman had been dismissed and the car had not gone in for its MOT as it had instead gone in for a timing chain replacement due to a rattling noise I had not been told of. By Monday 12th afternoon I hadn’t heard anything so I chased again and was told Ashley would call me back which did not happen. On Tuesday 13th after explaining I was extending a hire car daily, I was told a pump now needed replacing and the car might be ready that day or the following day depending on when the pump arrived. On Wednesday 14th after chasing again I was informed the timing chain had not been fitted correctly by the mechanic and would need redoing but this wouldn’t be til sometime the following week due to mechanics availability. At this point 10 days after purchase I requested to unwind the agreement. On 15th and 16th January, I requested the finance funds be returned via WhatsApp so I could move forward with another car. Despite them being online my messages were ignored. When I called and queried this I was told they do not respond to finance queries on WhatsApp despite having used it throughout the process. I was told my £500 deposit would be refunded on Friday and the finance returned by Monday 19th two weeks after purchase. However when I contacted my finance company on Tuesday I was told the funds had still not been returned and the agreement had been sent to collections. It was not until Thursday 22nd January that the finance company confirmed the money had finally been returned. Consistently poor communication, missed deadlines and a lack of urgency or accountability. I would not recommend this dealership.
I recently visited Moss Prestige and had the pleasure of dealing with Liam, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the moment I arrived, he was so friendly and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had with patience and confidence. Liam truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car — nothing was ever too much trouble for him. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to great customer service. If you’re looking for a new car, I’d definitely suggest asking for Liam — you won’t be disappointed!
Had a great experience, seen a car and the team worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly, car is pristine and perfect. After dealing with a big named dealer previously (with bad experiences) and now dealing with moss prestige, I would never look elsewhere for a car! Great great service.
Great service from the start both Ash and Adam very polite and went out of their way to make the transaction stress free, Adam even hand delivered the car to my home address to save me dragging my granddaughter out, fabulous car and service all round. Moss Prestige is a hidden gem, you could drive past and not know what they have in stock as no forecourt presence, so book a viewing you wont be disappointed.
