We purchased Merc AMG recently from this company.. Very lovely car but that's where it stops. Traveled nearly 3hrs (each Way) on a Sunday morning to view the car..Met the salesman who promised the world to get the sale, We adviced it needed two front tyres on the front " no problem we have a garage that fits second hand tyres for us".After a brief lesson from me on why I don't want second hand tyres he agreed to fit new.Along with sorting other work to be done .No communication after that regarding collecting and progress of car.. turned out the salesperson had left the business and no one knew anything about the car. Finally after numours calls to chase the car we finally collected it 2 2 weeks later.on collection there was a pool of oil underneath..and second hand tyres fitted..forced into buying a warranty that we were told was included..Took the car away but should of walked away from deal but son loved the car ..Less than a week later front tyre blow out...hence never fit second hand tyres .The whole experience of dealing with Moss has been a nightmare.would never purchase from them again..only got a two star review as son loved the car.. Get everything you agree in writing..dont take their word for anything.
I recently visited Moss Prestige and had the pleasure of dealing with Liam, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the moment I arrived, he was so friendly and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had with patience and confidence. Liam truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car — nothing was ever too much trouble for him. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to great customer service. If you’re looking for a new car, I’d definitely suggest asking for Liam — you won’t be disappointed!
Had a great experience, seen a car and the team worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly, car is pristine and perfect. After dealing with a big named dealer previously (with bad experiences) and now dealing with moss prestige, I would never look elsewhere for a car! Great great service.
Great service from the start both Ash and Adam very polite and went out of their way to make the transaction stress free, Adam even hand delivered the car to my home address to save me dragging my granddaughter out, fabulous car and service all round. Moss Prestige is a hidden gem, you could drive past and not know what they have in stock as no forecourt presence, so book a viewing you wont be disappointed.
There are many positive reviews here, but my experience has been very different. I am still chasing my deposit. I paid a deposit on Thursday 20 November to reserve a vehicle for viewing on Sunday 23 November. After deciding not to proceed, I requested an immediate refund. Since then, I have been given repeated assurances that the refund was being processed and would reach me today. As of now, no refund has been received. When I followed up again today, I was told that the Sales Team had only just received my bank details yesterday - despite the fact I had already provided them and that they would now “try” to process the payment by the end of the week. This level of inconsistency and delay is unacceptable.
