I ordered online to collect in branch. The items were all in stock, and the price seemed reasonable, although I didn’t shop around as I needed them urgently. Collection was quick and easy, although they could have been a bit more friendly.
I went for a car battery. The kind man on the counter went above and beyond to help me find the correct battery for my car. I chose the 100 type battery. I can say this fits great. Starts my car fine now, thanks to the customer service at euro car parts.
Been using these for years Staff are always welcoming an very helpful An the always have most things I need in stock to pick up straight away and they do do delivery too I’d definitely recommend these anytime
I’ve had probably the worst experience when it comes to customer service in recent memory. Battery returned (20 months into a 4 year warranty) and gentleman who received item filled in paperwork and said someone would be in touch. A week passes and nothing. Calls made and I mean many many calls and no resolution and some members of staff completely unaware of my situation. Then make contact with head office and lady informs that refund will be processed in 3-5 days. 5 days pass and nothing so once more calls and emails and I have a chain of emails off all correspondence. No one at euro car parts had the professional courtesy to ever get back to me when they said they would. It was always me chasing things. Informed via email that process has been refunded and I should liaise with my bank. Then contact with Barclays made and nothing on there side. Several back and forth and I even uploaded several months of bank statements to clearly show that no refund ever given. Euro car parts absolved themselves of all responsibility and the matter resolved on their side. To say it’s been a mental headache would be understating things and euro car parts is now a place of business I would NEVER return to. I simply had no option but to write off the £110 refund.
Ordered an auto part online that I wanted to return, went there for that. Staff was nice and helpful.
