honestly no words can describe the quality show to me by this dealership. had 4 cars previously all through dealerships and none of them have been as open and honest as these guys, originally was just looking at the car and thanks to william i walked away with it the same day. outstanding customer service, he was always checking in, always answered questions with full transparency. will definitely be the first dealership i go back to when looking for a new motor, william thank you very much my mate it’s been a dream to own an m140i and you’ve given it to me and i really do appreciate that.

Smooth buying experience from Hitchfields. Huge thanks to William for his prompt responses and being willing to assist with every query (I asked a lot). Whilst this is expected of competent dealerships, I have never experienced this level of communication prior, and the ability to utilise WhatsApp for questions is very effective. No faults at all. A side note: the car was absolutely spotless. Again this is expected when purchasing a car, however the attention to detail was impressive.

Bought my dream car today through Anita ( so so lovely and helpful!) Such a quick,smooth sailing experience from start to finish! We weren’t even there an hour and the staff were so lovely and professional! The car is absolutely IMMACULATE. The show room was full of the best looking used cars that honestly I’d think were brand new if the garage wasn’t a used car dealership! Such a huge variety of cars in near enough perfect condition! We travelled from north wales and it was 100% worth the trip. Absolutely made up!

Two days in and my new run around is great. We struck a deal, and moved quickly to collection. Kieran is a legend, on top of his game, kept me informed, fulfilled my request, even collected me from the station. The only let down was he didn’t control the weather, so the journey on the motorway was naff. Would I recommend purchasing through Kieran, yes. Early days with the car but so far, very happy.

I picked my new car up yesterday and was very impressed with the set up at hitchfields. I was looked after by Jakub and he was excellent in sorting everything out and making the whole process go very smoothly. I will certainly recommend hitchfields to my friends if they are looking for an elite motor and I’m sure they will be looked after as well as I was.
