First time with Delacys today with my 5 series, major service required that was sizeably cheaper than my main dealer. Service was effortless and well communicated. Service data reset on the car and digitally via BMW, lovely valet inside and out to boot that was far more detailed than its previous main dealer service. Thanks Luke / all. Great experience, see you next time.

My wife regularly took her Mercedes to Delaceys for repair and service, she always got a great friendly service at a fair price. When I needed to change garage they were an obvious choice, after having my existing car serviced I saw a perfect replacement , they made doing the deal very easy, the car was at a fair price and was presented in immaculate condition. They sorted out the personal number plate, and a warranty, everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone want a first class local garage

I'd used Mercedes main dealer for 12 years. Fan belt went on e class the day before I had to go to London. Main dealers said it would be two weeks before they could repair it. I explained the urgency but they wouldn't change, then sarcastically said you could use Delaceys, but they are not as good as us. So I took the car to Delaceys and they sorted it out same day. I've used them ever since and found them much better than the main dealers. Always very polite and helpful.

I have used Delaceys for the servicing my Mercedes for well over 10 years. They have always provided exceptional value for money and quality of service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have also purchased my last two cars from them, again they have proved to be very competitively priced. Great personal service. I would highly recommend Delaceys.
