Dealt with Will @ Hitchfields and bought a lovely pre owned Audi A5 which was two years old and only had 5200 miles on it Was surprised at the number of cars they have and some real high end stock in there. So worth a look. Buying process was pain free and offered a decent test drive which most don’t. Up to now I am happy if the car proves reliable and fault free unlike the main dealer I got my last car from.

Smooth buying experience from Hitchfields. Huge thanks to William for his prompt responses and being willing to assist with every query (I asked a lot). Whilst this is expected of competent dealerships, I have never experienced this level of communication prior, and the ability to utilise WhatsApp for questions is very effective. No faults at all. A side note: the car was absolutely spotless. Again this is expected when purchasing a car, however the attention to detail was impressive.

Bought my dream car today through Anita ( so so lovely and helpful!) Such a quick,smooth sailing experience from start to finish! We weren’t even there an hour and the staff were so lovely and professional! The car is absolutely IMMACULATE. The show room was full of the best looking used cars that honestly I’d think were brand new if the garage wasn’t a used car dealership! Such a huge variety of cars in near enough perfect condition! We travelled from north wales and it was 100% worth the trip. Absolutely made up!

Two days in and my new run around is great. We struck a deal, and moved quickly to collection. Kieran is a legend, on top of his game, kept me informed, fulfilled my request, even collected me from the station. The only let down was he didn’t control the weather, so the journey on the motorway was naff. Would I recommend purchasing through Kieran, yes. Early days with the car but so far, very happy.

Best car buying experience! The team who dealt with me were absolutely amazing, making sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Sam has been fantastic and definitely sold the car to me. Not just having a great knowledge but making me feel comfortable and not intimidated or forced into anything, which ive experienced elsewhere. Sam did a fabulous indepth video to show me the car, giving great information and details about the car not just how it looks. I'd recommend this company for all your car purchases.
