I was referred here by my own GP for an ultrasound scan. I spoke to three members of staff: the receptionist, the sonographer and their assistant. All of them were pleasant and friendly and the sonographer and her assistant were particularly good as they introduced themselves and explained everything to me. I had experienced a less pleasant appointment at another hospital the day before so this was a pleasant surprise and exactly how appointments should be. Thank you very much.

Where do I even start. This is probably the most useless doctors office you could ever visit. It would be more productive to take a picture of your injury and ask your next bus driver to try diagnose you. It’s a shame, as a lot of the staff here are genuinely quite nice. It’s just that none of the doctors seem remotely interested in doing their job. I was diagnosed with PCOS over the phone and flippantly told to “maybe just go to boots and see what vitamins they have”. I was here for three full years, and I genuinely don’t think they managed any of my healthcare efficiently. I once watched a doctor try use the Google AI summary to figure out which medication would be the least dangerous for me to take. Since swapping to a new GP a few months ago, I have been referred to just about every department our local hospital has as they attempt to diagnose all of the health conditions the doctors here couldn’t be bothered to look at. They shrugged off my persistent high heart rate and high blood pressure as something I could probably exercise away without any further tests, and now it looks like my heart has been left potentially permanently damaged. If you are in any way someone who has chronic health problems, I cannot express strongly enough; DO NOT COME HERE. If you are a uni student, seriously, stay at your parents GP. None of my friends have had good experiences here either. There’s a reason the waiting room is always empty.

Do not go to this GP!! They are extremely unprofessional & incompetent. I have been here 5 times in total with the same issue over the past 6 months and no one has listened to me. The first time I came here my doctor was 45 minute's late, and the second time all the doctor wanted to talk about was what perfume I was wearing?! Anyway I've been prescribed the same antibiotics every time here even though they only work for a short period of time. I've asked for pain relief & a referral but been denied every time. I got ill again this week so I went here on Tuesday & they prescribed me the same antibiotics, but I went back on Wednesday because I got a lot worse & they said the antibiotics they prescribed me were making me worse!! They prescribed me some new antibiotics which I went to the pharmacy to pick up on Wednesday but turns out the doctor forgot to send over the prescription so I had to wait until the next day to get my medication which might not even work!! Bare in mind I've been in agony since Sunday & can't even sleep due to the pain, yet they still won't give me any pain relief! So I 100% recommend to avoid this GP at all costs!! And another time I came here just because of sleeping issues, and instead of giving me advice or prescribing me sleeping pills, they prescribed me some random antibiotics with the possible side effect of drowsiness (which didn't work at night time but made me feel awful during the day). So overall over the past few months, I've spent nearly £100 on antibiotics & pain relief and still no where near recovery!

DO NOT GO TO THIS GP!! They are extremely neglegent and dangerous. They forgot to tell me about an iron deficiency for 8 months, and it's left me with tinnitus which they wouldn't do a refferal for. They have also refused to give me a letter for BUPA so I can see an ENT through them, they are trying to force me to pay £45 for the letter, despite the tinnitus being likely caused by the low iron, which is their fault. They are ruthless, careless and greedy and lack basic human empathy. They have potentially ruined my hearing and they couldn't care less!!!

Honestly so glad I moved to this practice. Compared to other practices I’ve been in the local area it’s night and day. They are so much better! The staff actually care and they follow up with you. Don’t understand the low rating, wish I had moved here much sooner.
