Wouldn’t recommend using this place at all! Lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. We came here specifically because we needed a quick turnaround for some drycleaning, and rang before dropping the items off to make sure this was possible. The lady on the phone assured us the clothes would be ready for tea time the next day. When we came to collect they weren’t ready, but instead of apologising and asking us to come back the following day, the lady tried to claim that she’d never told us they’d be ready and that we hadn’t even phoned up to check! The turnaround time wouldn’t have been a massive issue, however the way this woman spoke to both us as customers and the staff working in the back was appalling. Would recommend going anywhere but here!

The team @Groom made a fabulous job of cleaning x2 pairs of fire damaged, pale cream linen curtains, I am delighted with the result. Very pleasant, helpful and fair pricing for such a high quality service. Highly recommend 👍🏼 Thank you !

The service was great and the staff were all so friendly. Would highly recommend using them. Also an incredible job had been done as all stains from my clothes had been removed!!!

Two items of clothing ruined here, the dye from the coat ran and stained the white fur in the hood no explanation or apology had to wait a week longer no refund etc. Decided to give them another chance and took a dress in and discovered the inner lining had ripped. Wouldn’t surprise me if they just shove everything in a washing machine and claim it’s been dry cleaned, won’t be using them again.
