I cannot commend enough the quality of customer service we received from the very helpful and positive lady who took on our recently inherited curtains to be dry cleaned. She was friendly, efficient and helpful and quite clearly managed to do a superb job in cleaning our curtains. We are delighted, and will always use Johnsons cleaners from now on - particularly if this lady is still there! ( My sincere apologies for forgetting her name -it's an age thing!...but I did not forget great service with a smile!)

Jonny was superb, friendly and professional. I had a new coat that got paint marks on it - they got them all off and I’m thrilled - highly recommend

Excellent help and advise from the lady manager yesterday (sorry I do not know her name) outstanding customer service- this lovely knowledgeable helpful lady restored my faith in human nature. Very rare indeed to receive such service with a smile theses days The lady was working on her own and was in high demand from customers but remained calm and helpful -never flustered. Brought a Canada goose parka in for dry cleaning and when I got it back it was immaculately clean never seen a company mad my coat look as brand new as that. All thanks to laniyana and Joe brilliant service and would recommend to anyone to come get their clothes coats ect cleaned from Johnson’s :)

Needed help printing from my phone . Joe was absolutely brilliant, found the right size trimmed it and fitted it to a frame I'd brought in to give to my grandson. So very helpful
