I'm very disappointed in the quality of the nails. I had to fix the shape of my fingernails myself as they were lob sided also they were placed quite far from the start of my natural nails, so they looked like I've had them on for 4-5 weeks. Lastly, I would like to point out that i only had these nails on for one week, and the paint was coming off very easily which ruined my holiday on top of this I tried to reach out and discuss the poor service and give her some feedback and ive received no reply for a couple days now which is even more frustrating on top of the poor quality and attention to detail.

No conversation, no music, not even a ‘hi you okay’ when I entered. Got to doing the BIAB and looked like she hadn’t worked with this specific builder gel bottle before. Lady came in to ask about services and was spoken to rudely. Colour was partially see through and the nails broke after three days. Went back a week and a half later for a removal where 4 nails had broken off the tips (gel extensions) so I cut the rest off. Once again no conversation but music this time lol with another woman in another room talking loudly on the phone. She took my biab off and now it’s over a week or two later and I still have biab in places on my nails. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

My Favourite Hair salon for Hair extensions, I have nano human hair extensions. The staff make you feel so comfortable, they take care of you here. Cat is amazing at hair extensions, she is so precise with her work and always makes me feel amazing when I leave the salon. Gareth is amazing at styling and colouring my hair. I haven’t felt this confident in years in how my hair is now.

First time I’ve been to this salon and I booked last minute for 3 different services. The salon and Catalina is really friendly and welcoming. This being my first time getting waxed, she was really professional and put me at ease straight away. For a small local salon, this is a really great find - great quality, great customer care and also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and will be going back for more beauty needs in future. Thanks!

I had my hair done by Gareth and they were amazing and accomodating. I had the underside of my hair bleached and toned an ashy grey, they even stripped down the colour when I said I wanted it more ashy than I thought and they immediately did it and even suggested I go a little darker on top of add contrast and he was right it looks amazing with a more defined contrast I couldn't be happier with the service and my hair. Best appointment ever. I then had my nails done, and I picked a design that was on nail extensions but I wanted the gel on my regular nails and she was more than happy to modify the design to fit what I was looking for I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I recommend here so much
