Had the most amazing full body massage with Khadija at Rose Beauty today. Absolutely fantastic and a great price. This will be my new regular treat!

I had a fantastic experience at Rose beauty. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The service was top-notch, and they paid great attention to detail. My nails turned out even better than I expected. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this salon. I had booked a back, shoulder, and neck massage, and out of consideration, I called ahead to let them know I might be a few minutes late and if this would be ok. I was told this would be fine, but in the end, I was only 3 minutes behind schedule. Once I arrived I was left waiting an additional 15 minutes upon arrival because no rooms were available for my treatment. At the time, this did not bother me much as I understand treatments can run behind for various reasons. Before the massage began, I mentioned my back pain to the therapist, but she seemed uninterested and didn’t seem to care about addressing my concerns. She barely used any oil, had cold hands, and didn’t even give me a neck massage, despite it being part of the booking. The salon was clearly running behind, and I could hear other clients in the waiting area expressing their frustrations. About 10 minutes into my massage, a staff member pulled back the curtain and interrupted to ask how much longer the session would take. The therapist initially said there were 20 minutes left, but the staff member repeatedly questioned, "You still have 20 minutes left?" The therapist then changed her answer to 15 minutes (which she further shortened to 10 minutes). I had booked for a 30-minute session, but only received 20 minutes of rushed, subpar service that didn’t even address my main areas of concern. Once the therapist left for me to get dressed, she asked to come back in so she could switch the laser machine on ready for the patient after me. The salon was just trying to rush through their clients rather than providing a good standard of service. When I raised the above issue at the front desk while paying, the therapist was dismissive and claimed the session was only slightly cut short. She even had the audacity to blame me for the shortened time, even though I was only 3 minutes late and had been made to wait 15 minutes for a room. I pointed out that even if I had arrived on time, I still would have had to wait due to the salon’s schedule. Even if the appointment had been cut short, the service I did receive was awful—cold hands, next to no oil, and a lack of attention to my specific pain points. Rather than addressing my concerns, the therapist walked away mid-conversation. The entire experience was rushed, unprofessional, and frankly, not worth the price. I won’t be returning, and I would caution anyone considering this salon for a massage to think twice before booking.

My wife had a haircut booking today, the cutting turned out decent even though she had to guide the hairdresser various times. My wife asked to see the back of her hair and the hairdresser said that they are not allowed to show the back of the clients hair. What silly philosophy is this? Which salon doesn’t allow their clients to see the back of the hair with a mirror after the cutting? My wife won’t be getting her haircut and beauty from here again!

Came as soon as the shop opened to get my eyebrows done she said wait 20minutes I come back 20 mins later and she serves someone else I’m having to wait 20mins more now I’m in a rush then another lady comes in and she serves her instead even though I was waiting from the start extremely unprofessional wasted my time when I was already running short. Do not waste my time incredibly rude I just walked out. Wasted 40minutes without getting brows done thanks.
