I honestly can’t say enough good things about Park View Pharmacy. It’s one of those rare places where you walk in and instantly feel like they actually care about you—not just your prescription. The staff are super friendly, professional, and always go the extra mile to help. They remember your name, ask how you’re doing, and even take the time to explain your medication if you have questions. The service is fast, too—no endless waiting around like at some of the bigger chain pharmacies. Plus, the place is always clean, organized, and has a nice neighborhood vibe. They even have a great selection of everyday essentials and over-the-counter items, so it’s convenient for quick stops. Overall, Park View Pharmacy feels like how pharmacies should be—personal, helpful, and reliable. Definitely my go-to from now on!
Parkview Pharmacy has such a great crew. Every single person working there is kind, patient, and actually seems to care. They greet you with a smile, help you out right away, and make sure you understand everything before you leave. No rushed conversations, no attitude. Just genuinely helpful people. They handle prescriptions super fast and give updates if anything is delayed. You can ask them anything, and they always explain things in a way that makes sense. You feel like they’ve got your back. It’s honestly the kind of place that makes errands less annoying. Friendly staff, smooth service, and zero stress. Parkview Pharmacy really gets it right. ⭐💊
VERY Good!!The staff are super friendly and always go out of their way to help. My meds are always ready when I need them, and they actually take the time to explain things. You can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely the best pharmacy around!
I have certain issues that don't allow me to leave my home. The delivery drivers are really excellent, they are accommodating and understanding of my problems, also very polite. The pharmacy itself is very clean and the staff are very helpful, polite and give an excellent service, I would definitely recommend them to others.
I’m so gutted because this pharmacy used to be so good but recently my experiences have been so poor. I think there’s been a change in staff, particularly front of house staff, and I find the two ladies who sit at the desk to be quite rude. They are always on their personal phones talking to friends/family when you walk in, and seem to have no interest in actually helping you with any issues you may have. Last week, a couple of my medications were missing (I’m on a lot and collect them weekly) and so I asked where they were and the looks they gave me it’s like they didn’t even believe me that I had some missing. They didn’t even try to help the situation or to see where the medication was. I knew they had been sent because they were sent days ago as usual on a repeat prescription. I said “I’ve never had any problems with it before so I’m not sure why they’re not here” and the woman in a rude tone responded with “well I’ve never had any problems either” which I thought was unnecessary. Instead of trying to help and rectify the situation she chose to bite back? So unprofessional. It made me feel really upset as I was having an awful day as it was and ended up ringing my GP as she suggested. As expected, the GP agreed with me that the medication had been sent and it took the GP ringing the pharmacy to actually get them to sort the issue. They then apologised to the GP but not to me directly? Again, unprofessional. Turns out it “got stuck” or something on the system, but I honestly suspect that they’re lying because when they gave the medication to me it looked like it had been packaged for days as it had the prescription paper attached to it and the bag was sealed. If they dispense the prescription whilst your there I’ve found that they don’t tend to attach the prescription paper or seal it. It was about 5-7 minutes between me ringing the GP and them getting back to me saying that they’d found it, so there’s no way it was dispensed there and then in that little time. I could be wrong, but I really honestly think they lied to cover their backs and they just didn’t look properly. I’ve now also just realised that they’ve given me 9 tablets instead of the stated 7 on the prescription label for one of my medications. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this pharmacy either. It seems that the medications clearly aren’t checked properly. If it’s checked twice, how does this even possibly happen, it’s not hard to see that there is clearly 9 in there instead of 7. I’m an overdose risk and I know 2 tablets isn’t much extra but you never know what could happen, this could’ve been really dangerous for me. Sorry for the long review, but I just want to make people aware that this pharmacy really isn’t what it used to be and I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all. I’ve had constant issues in the past weeks, the new staff are rude and it’s a shame because it used to be so good! Unfortunately my main advice would be avoid if you can!
