I had the pleasure of working with Joseph, who provided truly outstanding service. From the very start, he showed genuine care for my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my move into the storage facility was smooth and hassle-free. Joseph helped with every detail, his friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a stressful task much easier. It is clear that he values his customers and makes sure the experience is positive as possible.
As new customer at this facility, I have found the process to be informative and concise and I am impressed with the security of the facility, aswell as the option for extended access when needed with no extra cost. Would recommend!
Joseph was really great he explained everything to me, he went above and beyond. Security is fantastic which really puts my mind at ease. Also a bonus was the price. Would highly recommend.
The staff have been amazing from my initial enquiry to talking me through the whole process, what to expect etc. the shop also offers great packaging and deals. Access is easy but secure, clean, and I feel confident using this company. Thankyou Kat & Brooke!
