First time dealt with EE as an ex Vodafone customer, and all my respect and appreciation goes to Prince, young man from customer service at Huddersfield Kingsgate branch. I had multiple issues, I needed to leave Vodafone early, due to my bank issues it wasn't possible to do the credit check straight away, plus I needed a new phone, and I was looking for a new broadband deal. He is the most kindest and nicest customer service representative I've ever met. So professional, he went that extra mile to explain everything, finding the best deal for me and my daughter. This man needs a payrise and bonus. He is the great asset to the EE team. Personal thank you to Prince. 26/12/25
Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at Huddersfield EE I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Huddersfield EE branch yesterday. I visited the store in the morning as my son’s phone internet was not working and his SIM needed changing. I was the first customer there when I arrived and was informed that I needed to bring my passport or driving licence before the issue could be resolved. My husband brought the passport within 15 minutes, and I returned promptly. However, I was told to come back in 20 minutes as the staff were busy, and I was asked to leave my number so someone could contact me when they were available. Unfortunately, I never received a call. When I returned to the store, I took a seat and waited. During that time, I watched several new customers arrive, be served, and leave — all while I continued to wait. In total, I waited around an hour and a half before a different staff member finally assisted me. The issue was then resolved in just 15 minutes, which makes my earlier experience even more disappointing. As a loyal EE customer of over ten years, I felt disregarded and undervalued by the staff member who initially dealt with me. The lack of communication and courtesy was unacceptable, and I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers. Thank you for taking the time to look into this. I look forward to your response.
Best experience, James Barrow was very helpful in the industry 13 years, definitely 👍🏻 💯. I was on way too different, provider, I have been in sales all my life, and it was James manner of not pushing the sale and the in-depth explanation that I was happy to what was on offer I hadn't carried my ID that day, so I returned today. James was finalizing another customer, most of the papers were done, Liam Kavanaugh finished up, making sure Sim was working and explaining when the amount would go off I will recommend them and Three What a pleasure, thank guy's
Visited the store to discuss internet as our current provider wasnt working out for us, all the staff was lovely, Dean assisted us with chosing a new internet plan and even went above and beyond helping us change our services and avoiding a cancellation fee Thank you Dean for 5 star service!
The words chocolate and fireguard comes to mind. Not happy paying for high speed cable network when there is no fibre in the area.
