My mom and I visited the Three shop at Kingsgate Huddersfield and received excellent help from Mag. He took the time to clearly explain my contract in a way that was easy to understand , sorted my sim card issue and answered all my questions patiently. I was very pleased with the service and left feeling confident and happy .

Outstanding Service at Three – Thanks to James and Liam My experience at Three was brilliant. When I walked in, James Barrow greeted me warmly. I asked if Three was the same as EE, and he clearly explained that they are two different providers. Having been in sales myself for over 50 years, I appreciated his professionalism. James offered me a seat and took the time to compare a plan similar to what I had with Smarty. I shared my frustrations with Smarty—after more than 26 emails, they still hadn’t resolved the issue of me not being able to make calls. That experience led me to leave a negative review on Trustpilot. In contrast, James made everything easy and straightforward. I wanted to keep my existing number, which required proof of ID. Since I hadn’t brought it with me, we arranged for me to return the next day. When I came back, James was on a conference call, and Liam Kavanagh stepped in to assist. He was extremely helpful—he even inserted the new SIM for me and explained when it would activate, along with details about my first payment. Between James and Liam, I received outstanding service. I would 100% recommend Three. Big thanks to both of them—you certainly have two individuals who are a great asset to your business. Barry Jacobs

To Area Manager & Branch Manager of Three mobile at Huddersfield Town Centre ! Today, in afternoon around 2:30pm. I went with elderly disable family friend who speaks Arabic, to Three Mobile Shop at Kingsgate, Huddersfield Town Centre. A very nice soft spoken Gentle man (black man) member of staff attended us. Everything was fine until a White Woman member of staff started interfering. Another Arabic customer came and he told me that he can help us for translating, as my arabic language wasn't as good to understand a elderly disable family friend and translate in english for elderly disable family friend. Later Arabic customer told me that his english isn't good to translate properly. I told him that "it's alright, Thanks". English woman member of staff, called me ""Rude"". I said to her that I am not rude as I said ""Thanks"" to arabic customer. English Woman member of staff, started argument with me. I told her that she is very unprofessional to doing unnecessarily argument with me. Then she told me to leave, I replied that why would I leave, as elderly disable family friend mobile issue wasn't solve yet. Also, I was not offensive, I didn't verbally abusive, I didn't physically abusive. You called me rude then you tried to argument with me and I kept avoiding. Then she said that she will call security. English woman member of staff, went outside and 2 security men came inside shop. I explained to them and I told them to see CCTV camera. One Asian Member of staff witnessed and Arabic customer was witnessed. A disable elderly family friend also witnessed. But English Woman member of staff insisted. Arabic elderly disable family friend and I, left shop. I would like to make complaint to ""Three Mobile"" Area Manager and Branch Manager to take action against Racism. As we Arabic Customers and Asian customers have equal rights and we are NOT rude people. I would really appreciate it, if you can solve and have a word with English Woman member of staff as elderly disable family friend mobile isn't working last two weeks and person paying through direct debit £12.50p per month and living on low income on benefits. Kindly let us know, when to go against to Three mobile shop to solve mobile contract issue. Thanks Kind Regards.

I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to the owner/manager/staff at this lovely shop for saving my phone today. I left it outside their shop and when they saw me frantically looking for it, they waved me down and kindly brought it out to me. I honestly cannot thank the shop enough. I am so grateful and relieved. Thanks a million.
