I Went to visit Kia in holbeck Leeds, I have to say great call. The service from Mark was second to none, In-fact it was exceptional. He looked after me very well filling out paper work answering my questions, I had no knowledge of the tech stuff.. and Mark went through absolute everything with a fine tooth comb, Mark was very thoughtful and caring he kept me updated throughout, even contacted me after collection to see how I was getting on, after telling Mark about my small issue he sent me a video, nothing was too much, Mark is an absolute star and credit to the Kia dealership, I Highly recommend A****** 😊👌

A very friendly attentive dealership. Lucasz our sales person was very helpful and polite. He answered all questions and queries. He also arranged a decent length test drive and made sure we had refreshments while there. When picking up our used car on the agreed date, he went the extra mile picking us up from the local station as we had to travel in by train. I have dealt with two other DM Keith dealerships in the past and have been very satisfied with their service.

Chris took care of us today buying a used Suzuki Swift at the Ashton dealership and part-exchanging our older car. The Manager did us a good deal on our older car, bringing the price of the new one down to a price I was happy with. I bought a Seat Ibiza a week ago From BYD DM Keith Leeds The whole experience was outstanding I got a taxi from Leeds railway. Unfortunately I was dropped off at the wrong dealership The lady on the reception rang the dealership where I should have gone. They collected me and took me . While I was waiting I was directed to a coffee ☕ machine . When I arrived at the correct dealership I was offered more coffee ☕ while the 🚗 car was brought round. DM keith had serviced it . The two front tyres are brand new The front discs and pads are brand new The previous owner had bought a spare wheel and jack rare these days. Trim level high leather and shade seats Bigger screen sat nav and loads of other extras Full service history One year seat warrenty One year breakdown cover Apple 🍎 🍏 play Half a tank on of fuel. Fozia and Sam the branch Manager are a credit to not just DM Keith but the motor industry as a whole. Thank you to the lady who picked me up from the Other dealership I went to in error my mistake !!!!! Very helpful no pressure customer service. DM Keith was recommended to me by a friend who has had 3 new cars from them So go to DM Keith avoid car supermarkets if you want a quality car and peace of mind Thanks again to everyone at DM Keith Front line and behind the scene staff.
