Ok product range, but may be a bit lacking as it was end of January and they were near refreshing the range for spring. But I would say the shop could do with a refurb. Looking a bit tired.

Good equipment for hiking, pricey but worth the price. Let down massively by the boot/shoe section. I've tried on several occasions (more fool me) to buy boots but couldn't find an available member of staff.

Had an absolutely amazing experience here with Adam from the ski department. Came in to get ski boots fitted, Adam took the time to go through all of the options and really explain what I should be looking for as well as tips and tricks to ensure the boots are looked after. I decided to get custom fitted insoles from his recommendation and I have never felt such comfortable ski boots! (Yet to hit the slopes but I’m sure they’ll do amazing)
