Doggie friendly staff very helpful chatting and friendly have free dog treats and a dog menu which is awsome hot chocolate were great comy seats and lots of space to sit
I had an afternoon in Ilkley today and was ready for lunch. Myself and a friend chose this place as it looked very inviting. The menu outside was easy to read and the prices about average. On entering,the staff were very friendly and showed us to a table. The atmosphere and decor here is wonderful, with many pictures/ paintings on the walls. The lighting was perfect. Our waitress Katie was very attentive and the rest of the staff were very pleasant. We had a mix-up with the drinks which was our fault and the male waiter was very understanding and helpful. The food was very tasty and we had ample portions. I spent longer than normal in this place. It was a very relaxed and pleasant place to be. It was good old-fashioned service and we felt valued customers from entering to leaving. Thank you to all the staff, especially Katie for adding joy to my afternoon in Ilkley. 10 out of 10.
First ever visit to Vitello Lounge. Had lunch here today and accidentally ordered a really spicy dish covered in red chillies. My fault entirely, but when I explained I couldn’t eat it, the staff were excellent. They quickly took an alternative order, which was on my table within 10 minutes, and apologised profusely even though the fault was mine. Huge selection on the menu, good food and amazing service - we were asked on arrival if we needed vegan or gluten free menus - we’ll definitely be back.
PERFECT PLACE - I work/ study here often, and can enjoy breakfast, brunch and dinner (and gorgeous coffee) throughout the day. The staff are lovely, and it feels like a second home. Food wise, i am dairy-free and there are lots of great vegan options. I am yet to try the boozy drinks but I'm sure they will be just as lovely as everything else!
I enjoyed a very nice twisted chicken dish with two good quality glasses of Malbec. All the staff were pleasant, particularly, Molly. Not too busy on the Saturday night I visited. Food excellent and wine very good. I've been to almost 50 Loungers and would rate this one in my favourite top 10. Carlisle and Wimborne are my joint favourites. Definitely worth visiting.
