Amazing support and advice throughout, surely this gem of carpet shop - a real Aladdin's cave offering a vast range - deserves more than 5 stars for customer service. I have difficulty with colours but wanted ny home to look really good, and Carl took on the choosing, with just the desired effect. House moving was delayed and then cane at short notice but the fitting was expertly done on the requested date. A great experience!!

Great shop- lots of choices in flooring. Owner gave great advice and very happy with the price. Carpet fitter was on time and fitted carpets perfectly. He was courteous and cleaned up after fitting. Highly recommend.

Beautiful floor and outstanding service. Carl is passionate about doing a great job and making sure that everything is done right. Andy was a pleasure to have working in the house doing the fitting (and, like Carl, worked very hard to make sure that it looked just right). We’ve had carpets from Carl for many years and having the wood floor fitted was just as good an experience as having the carpets. Highly recommend.
