I’ve just completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 of a full audio upgrade on my Cupra Tavascan at Car Audio Ilkley, and the results are incredible! As it’s a leased EV, I wanted a proper, clean install and Martin absolutely delivered. Phase 1 gave me Hertz Cento speakers in all four doors plus full deadening, which really improved sound quality and even reduced road noise which was a welcome bonus :) Phase 2 took it to another level, Martin discreetly fitted a DSP/AMP and a fantastic subwoofer. The system now sounds premium, immersive, and Martin totally tailored the system to my taste. Martin clearly knows his craft, tuned everything perfectly, and treated the car with real care. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be back when my lease runs its course to transfer kit into my new vehicle!

Fantastic Company and resolved a major issue that had been caused by a cowboy outfit in Bradford. New Interface, additional speakers and an upgrade reverse camera to my wife's Suzuki Jimny. The team in Ilkley were professional, informative and provided a great service,

Sadly my experience of this business doesn’t reflect the overall great reviews. I booked via the website a retrofit upgrade to Apple CarPlay for my Porsche cayenne having read many reviews recommending this business and their expertise with Porsche in particular. I paid £495 at the time of booking with the rest due on the day of fitting. It’s a 3 hour drive for me so I took a day off work, stayed the night before at a nearby hotel and dropped the car off first thing at 9am. Unfortunately, and through no fault of his own, Martin contacted me half an hour later to let me know the part his supplier had sent was wrong and that he wouldn’t be able to complete the job that day. I was disappointed but Martin offered to travel to my home location the following week and fit it then. I was really impressed by his customer service and that he’d properly turned around an unfortunate mistake. Unfortunately it didn’t happen. Despite a few messages and calls, the home visit failed to materialise at which point I suggested he just refund me the money. And I suggested that 2 or 3 times only to be met with silence. It’s now in the hands of my credit card company to try and retrieve the money paid A real shame. I’ve left leaving any form of review for weeks in the hope the situation would be resolved but 7 weeks on I’ve still not received the service or a refund. Sorry Martin, mistakes happen, and life can also get in the way, but if you’re not able to carry out a service, refund the customer his money. It’s simple. Edit 30/7/2025 - 3 weeks after being promised a refund it’s still to appear in my account. I’ll update this review as and when the promised refund materialises. Edit 08/08/2025 - refund received so now all resolved 👍
