My elderly father recently bled a radiator, which caused the system pressure to drop and his heating to stop working. When he called Tom, Tom kindly talked him through how to top the pressure back up — all over the phone and without charging for a call-out. Thanks to his guidance, the heating was back on in no time, and my father felt completely reassured throughout. Tom could easily have charged for a visit, but instead he chose to help simply because it was the right thing to do. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days, and it really sets him apart. Highly recommended — a genuinely trustworthy professional.
Tom came out at short notice to fix my dad's tap. He was such a kind and considerate person and did an excellent repair. Would definitely recommend Tom. He is a safe pair of hands. My dad is happy again! Thank you
Tom is a fantastic plumber and heating engineer, nice to work with, always on time, careful, efficient and knowledgeable. He has done a great deal of work for me this year including updating my existing heating system and also installing complex underfloor heating ( he is also trained at installing heat pumps) as well as a host of other plumbing jobs such as installing sinks, washing machines and so on, he did every job cheerfully and really well and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Tom.
We've had Tom carry out a range of work in our home since moving in, including replacing the boiler and removing radiators. He's always been helpful, knowledgeable, and highly competent. It's a relief to find someone so reliable and trustworthy. We'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality heating and plumbing work.
