Excellent service. Ilkley Shoe Company replaced the heels of two pairs of shoes. The new heels are great, delivered back to me in a new box and a thank you slip. Excllent communication throughout.

Ok to sell you something and all nicey nicey but having an after sales issue, the guy with the beard didn't want to know. I felt intimidated, uncomfortable and put me in a situation that I felt bullied by him.Not impressed.In future will use the cobblers down brook st. He wouldn't have behaved like this to a bloke !!
