Physio Action | Ilkley Tennis Club

In preparation for 2 recent marathons I have entered each training block unfortunately injured (football related) - Physio Action and namely Rachel have helped me both times to get to that start line feeling strong, both times smashing my goal. They have not just helped in fixing the problem directly but also provided sound advice on training volume and helped create a plan going forward. They’re incredibly helpful from the first point of contact in arranging an appointment and thereafter with 1 to 1 care. Would very much recommend 👍🏼

I contacted Physio Action following a recommendation from a colleague, when I was in so much pain in my back, I felt sick. Lauren was able to arrange an appointment with Hannah in Ilkley on the same day, for which I was very grateful. Hannah could not have been kinder; more friendly, yet most professional; and so very, very good at her job! She got to grips immediately with the problem; was hands on, but very conscious of me being comfortable as well. There was absolutely no pressure to return, but a follow-up appointment made just in case I need it and some (sensible!) exercises given to start after a day or so following treatment. I was amazed at how much better I felt by the next day already. Although I am still a bit sore, I have not had to take painkillers since Hannah's treatment 5 days ago - a small miracle! Thank you so much Hannah and physio action.

I have a rotator cuff problem and it has been difficult to get a physiotherapist who can do deep tissue massage. I have been using Charlotte at Ilkley tennis club and she has been excellent.

I was recommended Physio Action by a knee surgeon in Harrogate in order to help me get fit again after my knee injury and to prepare for the subsequent surgery. They are incredibly knowledgable, brilliant at working on all my muscles and provide personalised, detailed plan of exercises. I have recommended other people since starting with them and they have been just as pleased with the results. Highly recommended.
