Fabulous physios and now great that they offer guided injections of which I have had two. Graham puts you at ease and talks you through the whole procedure.
What a fantastic experience! My daughter was struggling with mobility post a knee operation. We managed to get a last minute appointment with Graham who in just 40 minutes gave her so much confidence and in such a kind and understanding way. I can absolutely recommend The Valley Clinic. Thank you
Fantastic support with my foot issue. Thorough diagnosis, knowledgeable explanation and advice, great immediate hands-on treatment, followed up by an email with the advice given, in instruction format for exercises. A second visit was booked in case I didn't manage to shake it off, which was cancelled when the symptoms disappeared. Personable, Professional and a great result.
Having received a Gift voucher for a 60 minute Sports Massage for Christmas, I recently utilised my gift. It was easy to locate the Valley Clinic in Ilkley where I received a warm welcome from staff and enjoyed my brief wait in the clean, crisp reception area. Monica introduced herself and talked me through the intended treatment. Monica was friendly and reassuring as she conducted the deep muscle massage on my shoulders, back and calves, clearly identifying the knots in my shoulders. She spoke with authority about the importance of physical exercise, conveying enthusiasm about her own fitness regime, personal training and coaching. I emerged from the treatment feeling energised and somehow “lighter”. I felt more relaxed and was able to sleep soundly that evening. I feel that the tension I have experienced in my neck and shoulders due to poor posture and working conditions has considerably improved. I have no hesitation in recommending Monica’s Strength and Rehab at the Valley Clinic as I fully intend to return for a further Sport Massage session. Louise Arnott
