Kettleness Scout Camp

Really nice setting with loads of space and very few neighbours. Ideal for a Scout hut/camp! Cracking location on the Yorkshire coast, easy walking to Runswick Bay, Sandsend and Whitby or easy to venture further into the North York Moors National Park for more of a challenge. Cooking facilities are decent, Leaders room gets nice & cosy with the gas fire. It is an old railway station so the main building can get a bit cold at times (stopped at the end of November) so worth bringing a warmer sleeping bag!

Just went back after 40 year to have a look around again Brings back good memories sat round the fire and going down the beach on a rope as it’s the only way down
