Have bought wood and other pieces from John and the team in the past and couldn't praise them enough for knowledge helpfulness and prices .. hope this last experience was a one off as I bought 7 panels for my garden recently which the gentleman came out to measure for an accurate fit as I wanted 6 one size and 1 panel 2 inches wider ( post had moved slightly) .. the price was the dearest in the area but was assured good quality.. it took 2 months for them to be made and when arrived were all the same size ( not what was ordered) so 2 pieces of wood was put down side as I said it was too small and falling out ..I panel had a broken slate ( I was told it was like it when they came . But it wasn't when I left it on the garden can't say how it was broken . I can't get the panel out as it has been forced in-between posts To replace the slate . My neighbour's have had same panels delivered and installed by another local company . Which are just the same as mine quality wise but we're alot cheaper ..so would recommend kinsley timber for wood etc but would NEVER recommend for fence panels ... extremely dear and average quality. One very disappointed customer 😒
