I wasn't able to log into an app, the website was terrible, the phone line refused to connect me to a person to help. Eventually did manage to charge the car, but only after a lot of stress. You should be able to charge your car at any charging point with the same app.
Slooooooooow. Doesn’t tell you how much charging will cost per kw. Have to pay up front and put money on the account. Have tomorrow download the app. Have to sign in Feels like charging was in 2022 not 2025. Next time I’ll just go to Skipton and fast charge there. Shell etc you just tap and go.
Full 4G signal on EE, but make sure your app is logged in and topped up first for a smoother experience! Bays are tight, but not iced in an otherwise packed car park.
Used twice over the course of a weekend without any problems.
Impossible to use without a UK phone number. Why?
