This is a fair and honest Review of my personal experience with this Electrical Shop in Kirkbymoorside. Friendly Shop staff, However;..... I was very disappointed with the lack of communication, with numerous messages, emails sent and no reply - only when I cancelled the Order / Works, did I get a response. There was also an unreliability issue and a lack of professionalism with the Service overall. In addition, quotes for the items / work I wanted doing from this Electrical Supplier, were NOT competitive at all - Comparisons were obtained from other sellers / services in the area / wider community, which I have now agreed. If you want a reliable, efficient, professional Service with good communication and competitive quotes, this is NOT the Outlet for you.

Several months ago I bought a washing machine from here. The help, friendliness of the staff , delivery and installation was 10/10. I've just popped in today to buy a lightbulb. Again the same level of help and friendlieness. This shop is BRILLIANT 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😊

Absolutely brilliant service from owner and all his staff. Nothing was too much trouble when I was choosing an appliance. When I had an issue with Hoover they couldn't have been more helpful. So good I have bought 2 major appliances from them and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Such great customer service; knowledge with a smile. We went in for a light bulb and ended up buying a garden lighting system and a dishwasher thinking ‘sod the online saving of £10-20’. It’s so nice to have good local shops giving good advice and a friendly welcome.
