I turned up with a low pressure tyre with no appointment and they were amazingly helpful. The guys at Kwik fit in Knaresborough identify the problem straight away with a large nail in the middle of the tyre. They told me not to worry and I didn’t need a new tyre fitting as they could plug it and get me back on the road in 20 minutes. What an amazing service. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. 10/10
Very easy, rang up Thursday having seen an MOT slot that worked for me on the Friday to ask a couple of questions. Subsequently booked the slot and paid online, drop off very easy then on collection was recognised for handing the keys back. All really easy which is exactly what you want it to be.
Blow out on the A1M - within half an hour in the ramp. Back on the road in just over an hour - great team, cannot recommend highly enough.

We’ve taken our car for flat tyre repairs to kwik fit (two different branches - knaresborough and Salisbury) twice in the past fortnight - and both times the repair immediately failed, leaving my pregnant wife stranded by the roadside. While the customer service was friendly and polite, they missed that the tyre had a gaping hole in it. They claimed the issue was with the valve.
