We called Gavin as our boiler stopped working, he was so friendly and professional and came round to take a look within a couple of hours. Given the time of the year, this was hugely appreciated. Frank then came the next day and fitted a brand new boiler. He was such a nice guy, professional, polite,, helpful and on time - everything you could have asked for. The house is the warmest it’s ever been! We can not recommend enough! If you need your boiler / heating sorted - look no further and call Gavin!

We would like to say how happy we are with the installation of our new boiler. Frank and Ben did an excellent job. We particularly liked the way Frank regularly checked in with us to make sure we understood the process and what the next steps would be. That was really helpful. As the leader of the team his work ethic was impressive.

My mother's boiler had broken down. I called J&L and within the hour Gavin came round, checked everything out and fixed the problem. Very pleased with the speedy response and professional, friendly service. The amount charged was also very reasonable too. We would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to others.

I already had my installation sorted with another provider when J & L contacted me but despite there being very little chance of a sale the gentleman was still very happy to give his time on the phone to discuss the situation and even popped round to the house to offer advice in person. Sorry we couldn't do business on this occasion, they seem like they would be great to work with!

I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They took a very cold house we'd just purchased (with a condemned boiler) and made it feel like a home for us. The boiler is brilliant, the service was absolutely second to none and all of the team are just lovely people. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
