Absolutely delighted with our new boiler supplied and installed by MJ Ryder. We’d had issues over time with poor water pressure, fluctuating water temperatures, faulty heating, faulty boiler - you name it we had it. I wished we’d had this work done years ago. From start to finish, we couldn’t have had a better job done. Charlie, Ollie and Joe made a major boiler installation from the kitchen to the loft look easy. The quote was fair, and we like to support a local business. The back up and after sales care is second to none: There’s always someone at the end of the phone if needed. At one point during the installation, we had holes in the brickwork where the old boiler system was removed and a team working solidly in the loft to install the new boiler. But it was all in a day’s work for the experts. The job was undertaken with minimal disruption, In fact, I hardly knew they were there. No endless tea breaks like some workers - this ensured that everything started and finished exactly within the timeframe I was given! Everything was left neat and tidy and the job was finished to a very high standard. I was amazed at the results and craftsmanship and am reassured that we have a reliable heating and water system from a company and people we can trust. Thank you to a top team. Superb Company. Excellent service. We have known MJRyders for some 10 years giving an annual service to our boiler. As with all things mechanical at 13 years old, it irretrievably broke down. Ryders offered us informed advice and ways forward. We elected at this point for a new boiler. Supply an installation, while understandably not immediate, was swift. The two team members (names known and beginning with A & S) were well up to the high standards Ryders have always shown us. Well done Ryders (as usual!)

I recently had a new Valiant Plus boiler installed in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly before the cold weather set in. What impressed me most was the engineers not only fitted the new Valiant Plus boiler but also linked the entire heating system, installed a brand-new flue, and carried out a thorough system clean. The result is a clean, efficient, and reliable heating setup that I can depend on. The level of knowledge and workmanship displayed by the team was outstanding. They explained what they were doing in plain terms, answered all my questions, and ensured each component was properly configured for optimal performance. With the new boiler, the house is now warm and toasty in time for Christmas. It’s wonderful to come home to a comfortable, evenly heated home. Alex was a standout team member who contributed from start to finish. Alex arrived prepared, guided me through the entire installation process, and took the time to show me how to operate the new system. His patient explanations and hands-on training have left me confident in managing the boiler daily. Alex’s dedication and continuity throughout the project truly made a difference. Our boiler was losing pressure and rang to request service visit. This was quickly sorted for next day. Engineer arrived on time, identified the fault quickly and sorted the repair with Valliant. Their engineer came and fitted the new part next day. Excellent , professional service and the problem resolved quickly and we were kept up to date throughout . Highly recommend MJ Ryder and the Heatplan option .

We had a new boiler fitted by MJ Ryder. They two fitters they sent did a great job. They were friendly,tidy and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
